Agile transformation and product management

Change doesn’t happen by itself. I make sure it’s structured, supported, and built to last.

Since 2015, I’ve guided Agile transformations and products as an interim Product Owner, Agile Coach, and change manager within organizations looking to improve the way they work. I approach each transformation step by step: I start by listening and analysing, then implement the right processes and tools, shift focus to people and their interactions, and finally help teams work autonomously in their new way of working.

From analysis to autonomy

My specialism is guiding Agile transformations and managing digital product development. Drawing on my experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach, I know how structure and human behavior together drive meaningful progress. I thrive in Product and IT-driven environments, where teams build complex products and dynamics change continuously.

My approach and way of working

    Analyze

    Every change begins with listening. What is really happening within the organization? Where is the energy, and where does the discomfort lie? I analyze carefully, ask questions, and bring to light what was previously unseen.

  • Step 2

    Processes & tools

    When the context is clear I build a solid foundation. I implement processes, rhythms, and tools tailored to the organization that help create focus and predictability. All this, while focussing on maturity growth.

  • Step 3

    People & interactions

    Once the structure is established, I shift my focus to the people. How do they collaborate? Where is the friction, and what can be improved? By engaging in open dialogue, especially when tensions rise, I create momentum and foster progress.

  • Step 4

    Autonomy

    The goal is always autonomy. Teams that take ownership and continue to build independently using the new way of working. This ensures the change doesn’t stop when I leave.
